Terms of Service
- Effective Date
- September 30, 2026
- Provider
- CoreTech Mining (“CoreTech”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”)
- Service
- High-Density ASIC Colocation & Infrastructure Management
01Scope of Services & Infrastructure
CoreTech Mining agrees to provide dedicated ASIC hardware hosting, power infrastructure allocation, thermal management, and network connectivity at our purpose-built colocation facilities.
- Hosting Rate: Billed at a flat, all-inclusive rate of $0.075/kWh. This rate covers primary electrical draw, rack space allocation, ambient thermal management, network connectivity, and standard remote reboots.
- Onboarding & Setup: A one-time, non-refundable $25 setup fee per unit is required upon hardware intake. This fee covers receiving, physical unboxing, visual inspection, rack placement, network configuration, stratum pool linking, live telemetry dashboard integration, and burn-in testing.
02Billing, Payment Schedule & Grace Period
Important: Billing Cycle
All hosting fees are billed one month in advance. Monthly invoices are generated on the 15th of each month and are due on the 1st of the upcoming service month.
- Initial Deployment Billing: Newly deployed units are billed a pro-rated power fee for the remaining days of the current month, the full pre-paid power fee for the upcoming month, and the $25 setup fee per unit.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, and approved digital assets (BTC, USDT, USDC).
Important: Grace Period
Invoices not settled by the 1st enter a 3-day grace period.
03Delinquency, Company Pool Redirection & Default Policy
Important: Day 4 Pool Redirection
If an invoice remains unpaid at midnight on the 4th day of the month, CoreTech Mining reserves the right to redirect the affected miner’s stratum output to the company pool. This action is enforced to offset ongoing utility power costs incurred by the delinquent unit and maintain continuous airflow and thermal balance across rack configurations.
Important: 30-Day Default & Hardware Storage
If an account remains delinquent for 30 consecutive days from the invoice due date, the unit will be un-racked and moved to secure physical storage. Un-racking forfeits all reserved rack space for that account.
- Reinstatement & Re-racking: Restoring a stored unit after a 30-day default requires full settlement of all outstanding balances, payment of a $50 un-racking/reinstallation fee per unit, and pre-payment for the upcoming month's power. Re-racking is strictly subject to current facility rack space availability.
Important: Lien & Right to Liquidate
CoreTech Mining maintains a legal possessory lien on all hardware hosted within its facilities. Unpaid balances exceeding 60 days may result in hardware liquidation to satisfy accrued power, storage, and administrative debts.
04Hardware Ownership & Offboarding Policy
- Ownership: Clients retain 100% legal ownership of all hosted hardware.
- Offboarding Notice: Clients wishing to retrieve or relocate hardware must submit a formal 30-day advance written notice. This window is required for facility engineers to re-allocate grid power capacity and schedule replacement hardware to maintain grid load requirements.
- Offboarding Fees & Shipping: An un-racking and packing fee of $25 per unit applies to all offboarded hardware. The client is solely responsible for supplying pre-paid shipping labels or settling carrier transit charges with CoreTech prior to hardware dispatch.
05Maintenance, Repairs & Transit Liability
- On-Site Diagnostics: Basic remote reboots and remote diagnostic checks are included at no additional charge.
- Hardware Repairs: Physical repairs (hashboards, power supplies, control boards) are provided on a pass-through cost basis. Clients are billed directly for required replacement parts and labor.
- Off-Site Repairs: If hardware requires off-site factory or specialized hashboard repair, transit and service costs are billed directly to the client as pass-through charges.
Important: Transit Damage Waiver
CoreTech Mining strongly recommends shipping hardware in Bitmain-specific shipping boxes with high-density foam inserts or on palleted freight. CoreTech Mining is not liable for hardware damage incurred during transit, carrier handling, or freight shipping.
