This rate is all-inclusive and covers your primary electricity consumption, facility infrastructure use, rack space, ambient thermal management, redundant fiber network connectivity, and routine site management. There are no recurring monthly maintenance or space retainers.

Yes. We charge a one-time $25 setup fee per unit. This covers initial hardware receiving, unboxing, visual inspection, physical rack placement, network configuration, pool integration, linking the miner to your live telemetry dashboard, and burn-in testing to ensure your miner is hashing properly upon deployment.

No. Your $0.075/kWh rate covers all day-to-day facility operations, power, and basic remote reboots. You will never receive surprise line-item charges for standard rack space or network utilization.

Basic remote reboots and initial diagnostic checks are included at no additional cost. If a miner requires physical component repair (such as ASIC hashboard, control board, or power supply unit work), repair fees are quoted transparently based on the specific labor and replacement parts required.

If an issue cannot be resolved on-site and requires off-site factory or specialized hashboard repair, our team coordinates transit. In these cases, the client is billed directly for the exact repair service cost plus the associated round-trip shipping charges.

Invoices are generated monthly based on direct telemetry and actual operational uptime. Clients receive itemized billing statements directly for straightforward record-keeping.
